We’ve been taking our outdoor cooking from location to location, this week Franco and the guys wanted to try out the wonderful clay stone pizza oven at Bridgend Allotments. Franco shared his recipe, from his old bakery, of his incredible Italian spaghetti cake and stoned baked handmade pizzas. While Alex and Alison made the dough the runners jogged around Craigmillar Castle Park coming back to the wonderful smells from our outdoor kitchen.
