Poverty, precarity and community empowerment: Who decides?

We had a brilliant day taking part in the “Poverty, precarity and community empowerment: Who decides?” exhibition showcasing the impactful work of the Binks Hub research network.

Our community stall featured a collaborative banner made using digital print and applique techniques; a sound piece capturing the sounds and commentary of our studio at Silvan House; a mock up of our proposed Art Cart and a shared creative activity for others to take part in and initiate dialogue.

We were glad for the opportunity to share what we do and partake in a wider conversation around community empowerment. Thanks to everyone that took part and helped organise such a rewarding day!
