When the base of the sculpture was ready, it was time to start working with colour and materials. Each group member was working on a different aspect, discussing decisions on the go and learning from each other.

Maggie used her exquisite kniting skills to design and make the eyes for the flower’s head.

We also experimented with plastic bags in making the sculpture’s details.

Slowly slowly, it started to take shape!
